You will find beautiful beaches, numerous shops, restaurants and largest shopping center in the region within walking distance.

Sol Golf Mar Apartment has 67 m2 of living space and a specious 19 m2 terrace overlooking swimming pool and a garden. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms that can accommodate comfortably 4 people. A smaller one, with two single beds, and a larger one, with a double bed and access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. There is also a spacious living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower cabins and underfloor heating, as well as a wall-mounted electric heater in one of the bathrooms. At the entrance there is also a separate wardrobe for outerwear and shoes and a utility room with a washing machine. The windows are equipped with internal blinds and blackout external blinds.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and a free parking space in the underground garage. Within the estate, guests can use free swimming pools (one heated), jacuzzis, kids pools, professional gym, sauna and playground. Next to one of the swimming pools there is a bar selling alcohol drinks and snacks.

Orihuela Costa is a sunny coastal region of the Costa Blanca just 40 minutes from the Alicante airport. This is a place where you can enjoy the sea, sun and excellent golf courses. There are sandy beaches with small cliffs that are ideal for fishing, diving and surfing. It is a dynamic place, bustling with life all year round. Bars, restaurants and shopping centers are just around the corner. One of them is Zenia Boulevard (10 min walk), which houses over 150 boutiques. You can also take a walk along the beautiful promenade and see numerous small bays. The most interesting bars in the area are Leyendas, Celtic Isle and Rocky's. Every Saturday there is a street market that attracts people from all the nearby zones and other towns. Right next to the apartment there is a Mercadona supermarket as well as cafes and shops.

If you plan to come by car or rent one, we offer a parking space in the underground garage. If you don't plan to use car, don't worry, all attractions and shops are within a 10-minute walk. We also offer transfers to and from the airport. There is a bus stop right next to the estate.
