It consists of a living room with large windows that open onto the terrace and overlook your beautiful swimming pool and garden, large kitchen, upstairs two double bedrooms and two family bathrooms (one en-suite), in the underbuild there is a large room with a sofa bed and a ping pong table.
Outside you have a wonderful garden equipped with outdoor furniture and of course the beautiful private swimming pool.
The amenities including Gran Alacant commercial centre, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops... are within walking distance and the beautiful beach is located just 3kms away!
